When I had to use the clubhouse area for a private family party, the staff was very supportive. My family and guests all had a great time, they adored the place. More power to all of you!

Honestly loved living there. Great floor plans especially the lofts. The staff, especially Robin are caring, helpful and friendly. The maintenance people are excellent as well. Great complex and excellent facilities.
Awesome complex! Very good quality for the price and excellent amenities. I love the staff there, too. Being a runner/cyclist, I do take full advantage of the property literally being on the Prairie Path. I highly recommend OC!
We love the tall ceilings and exposed brickwork. The location is a huge plus with the Prairie Path and retail within walking distance (pizza place, 7-11, a deli, bank, optometrist, dentist, etc). The folks who work at the leasing office are very friendly and helpful. Anytime we had a question or needed a repair someone was able to resolve our issue immediately. The pool is beautiful and the gym is well equipped. Whether you're single or here with a family, I definitely recommend it!
Living at Ovaltine Court has been a great choice. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the grounds are beautiful and it is very close to shopping, dining and the major expressways.
