The Ovaltine company came to the United States and Villa Park in the first quarter of the 20th century, and was in operation for more than 70 years, until it was sold in 1988. The vitality and vibrancy of the Villa Park village was established and upheld by Ovaltine and partners through the duration of their stay in DuPage Country. Employing as many as 300 workers a day, Ovaltine provided housing for employees and their families, which served as the foundation of the great community you see today.
