Awesome complex! Very good quality for the price and excellent amenities. I love the staff there, too. Being a runner/cyclist, I do take full advantage of the property literally being on the Prairie Path. I highly recommend OC!

We love the tall ceilings and exposed brickwork. The location is a huge plus with the Prairie Path and retail within walking distance (pizza place, 7-11, a deli, bank, optometrist, dentist, etc). The folks who work at the leasing office are very friendly and helpful. Anytime we had a question or needed a repair someone was able to resolve our issue immediately. Living at Ovaltine Court has been a great choice. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the grounds are beautiful and it is very close to shopping, dining and the major expressways.

The apartments are beautiful and the location is great. The lofts are really cool too. The prices are fairly reasonable for a more upscale apartment complex. Nice clubhouse and gym, USB ports on some of the outlets for charging your phone (!), built in bookshelf in some units, bike rental, on the Prairie Path (you can WALK to Elmhurst over 83!), well-lit community, seems very secure, cool places within walking distance.

I've lived here for two years and what a great place it is! The apartment corridors are always clean, the grass is always cut, and the neighbors are very friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better place to live! It is also in a great location around several bars, a walking/biking trail, and 10 minutes from Oakbrook mall. Shout out to the management team for always looking after the residents and the maintenance team for attending to our issues that sometimes occur.
